Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Desa, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Dan Transparansi Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa Di Kecamatan Ambulu

This study aims to analyze the influence of village officials' competence, leadership style, community participation, and transparency on the accountability of village fund management in Ambulu District. The research method employed was descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using research instruments and analyzed statistically to test hypotheses. The results indicate that village officials' competence and leadership style do not have a significant influence on the accountability of village fund management. However, community participation and transparency significantly influence the accountability of village fund management. Higher levels of community participation and transparency correspond to better accountability in fund management.
