Do Entrepreneurial Projects Have an Impact on Entrepreneurial Intentions?: The Study Case of High School Students in Indonesia
Objective: The article was to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions among high school students at the High School in Central Java Province. Theoretical Framework: The research examines the influence of variables such as entrepreneurial intentions, perceptions of entrepreneurial learning, interests, peer influence, parental support, and entrepreneurial projects on entrepreneurial intentions. Method: The research uses quantitative methods with a positivist approach. The research population included 1127 students from various districts and cities, and data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results and Discussion: The results of the analysis show that perceptions of entrepreneurial learning, interest, parental support, and involvement in entrepreneurial projects have a significant favorable influence on entrepreneurial intentions. However, peer influence did not show a significant impact. The interaction between entrepreneurial projects and other variables, such as entrepreneurial learning and interest, increases their influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Parental support experiences a decrease in influence when moderated by entrepreneurial projects. Originality/Value: These findings highlight the importance of entrepreneurial learning and parental support in increasing entrepreneurial intentions, as well as how entrepreneurial projects can strengthen these factors.
