Exploration of the antecedents of fast food kiosk intention to use
The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedents of the intention to use fast food kiosks. For the predictors of intention to use, this research selects time-saving, navigability, non-contact, and accuracy. The dependent variable of this research is intention to use. This study collected the data using Amazon Mechanical Turk. The number of observations for the data analysis is 348. This study ensured the validity and reliability of the measurement items using exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach’s alpha. To test the hypotheses, this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that intention to use is positively impacted by time-saving, navigability, and accuracy. The results of this research could be used to manage fast food kiosk systems.
