Իրավունքից հրաժարումը առողջապահական իրավունքում / Waiver of Rights in Healthcare Law
The right to care for human health is a constitutional right, which creates responsibilities for the state in the field of medical care and service. However, it happens that a person himself renounces this right, as a result of which the state's intervention in the exercise of this right is limited. The work discusses the general characteristics of the refusal of the right to medical care and service, the refusal of the right to be informed about medical care and service, the refusal of medical care and service by special groups, and the refusal of special types of medical care are discussed separately. Such scientific methods as legal-comparative and analytical methods were used during the study. The purpose of the study is to clarify the concept of waiver of the right in the healthcare law and to highlight the limits of the legal possibility of the state's intervention in the case of a person's waiver of that right.
