Assessing the innovative attractiveness of agricultural enterprises in mountainous areas

Introduction. As part of increasing the competitiveness of the sovereign national economy, it is necessary to take additional measures aimed at ensuring the scientific and technical development of small and medium - sized businesses, in particular those located in mountainous areas, capable of becoming leaders in new global technology markets when selling their high - tech products, as well as scaling up production. The creation of high - tech products that meet the requirements of international standards and sustainable development is based on the technologies of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. However, the analysis of sources [1-5] allows the authors to conclude about a scientific problem, namely the lack of universal approaches and tools for evaluating and selecting digital technologies that allow organizations to monitor the level and develop their own innovative potential as well as the innovative potential of the counterparty. Using the example of agricultural enterprises in mountainous regions, a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the tools used to reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment, stimulating the transition to advanced digital, intelligent production technologies capable of. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study digital maturity, which are able to determine the current level of digital maturity [6], however, further processing and implementation of the results is not clear. That is, indicating a flaw within a single link of the system, or complex, that is, indicating defects in the entire system [7]. The selected diagnostic parameters may depend on each other, or they may be independent. In the case of dependence of diagnostic parameters, it was appropriate to evaluate and visualize the correlation between them. Thus, an urgent task is to develop a universal digital tool for assessing the digital and technological maturity of industrial enterprises and readiness for innovative transformations in modern conditions. Materials and Methods. As part of the study, it is proposed to analyze existing methods for assessing digital and technological maturity, study the features of the functioning and digital transformation of agricultural enterprises in mountainous areas, identify key indicators for assessing digital and technological maturity in conjunction with assessing the level of innovative potential, and propose artificial intelligence methods to improve the effectiveness of assessment. Results. In the understanding of the authors of the article, it is necessary to talk about digital maturity, taking into account the assessment of the effects obtained from the use of digital technologies. Of course, the basic recommendations for assessing digital maturity should take into account the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, which reflects some calculation algorithms, as well as target indices for achieving digital maturity. In the solution being developed, it is proposed to identify a correlation between indicators, for example, between the costs of digital technologies for an innovation process implemented within the business ecosystem and indicators of the costs of technological innovations, the level of innovation activity. The implementation of a comprehensive integrated technology assessment by an intelligent system allows for some time to fill the shortage of necessary personnel competencies to solve this problem. The paper presents a correlation map based on logical connections between some target indicators. Discussion. The article describes the results of studying tools for assessing technological industrial enterprises, including agricultural enterprises. A tool for assessing the level of digital and technological maturity is proposed and described, as well as a list of target indicators and intervals for their qualitative assessment. Conclusion. The results obtained during the use of the digital intelligent system provide an understanding of the needs of modern agricultural enterprises in the quantitative and qualitative composition of digital technologies, their necessary characteristics that allow them to achieve the goal of sustainable development, increase competitiveness in the domestic and global markets, create and sell innovative products. The formation of the needs of the real sector of the economy in digital advanced technologies creates a demand for the results of the activities of national research and development centers. Meeting the needs of the real sector in advanced digital technologies is the basis for the transition to the next technological structures, increases the return on investment in the relevant sectors of the economy, stimulates the development of private companies capable of becoming leaders, including in new global technology markets. Resume. The results of the research can be useful in assessing the innovative potential of the development of agricultural and other industrial enterprises. The developed tool makes it possible to assess promising areas for digitalization and digital transformation of structural units or areas of activity of modern enterprises. Suggestions for practical applications and directions for future research. Through the presented intellectual tools, it is possible to quickly and qualitatively assess a counterparty or a candidate enterprise for inclusion in the digital ecosystem. The presented intelligent system can be supplemented by many other artificial intelligence tools and applied to assess the maturity and readiness of systems and organizations of a more complex structure, high level.
