ON THE ISSUI OF REFLECTION AS A HUMAN COMPETENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF A NEW ANTHROPOIOGICAL TURN

The new anthropological turn manifested itself not only in discussions about the status of philosophical anthropology as a system-forming direction in the entire sphere of philosophizing. It also manifested in the turn from speculative thoughts about human and his place in the world to anthropotechnics. These sets the framework for analyzing the situation in the field of creation and formation of human abilities, and in particular, reflection. As history shows, anthropopractice has always been an important component of all anthropological turns. Today, philosophy faces the challenges of totalitarian ideologies and technologies for «working» with people; technological strategies leading to Posthuman, as well as those associated with the development of machine (artificial) intelligence, which should replace, and in some areas of activity already replaces, humans. In these circumstances, reflection as a genuine characteristic of the human should become a concern of philosophical practice in orientation towards the formation of «human competence», which is in demand in all spheres of activity.
