THE PROBLEM OF ASSESSING THE PLACE OF WAR IN MODERN SOCIAL INTERACTIONS

The article is devoted to a complex problem of political philosophy - war as a form of disclosure of public relations. It is proved that the current crisis state of sociality, in particular, caused by the tendencies to accept war as a certain «norm» of the human condition, has deep historical roots. This article proceeds from the assumption that the real ontological roots of war as a state of social interaction are found in the relations of power and violence. Hence, in the analysis of traditional approaches to war, the paradoxical theory of natural law and social contract is stated. Special attention is paid to the consequences of the development of the theoretical thesis “the war of all against all”. In a comparative analysis of traditional metaphysical analysis and the achievements of non-classical philosophy, the main trends in the identification of power and violence are revealed. An attempt is made to criticize the war through the analysis of the simulacrum of human freedom. The variants of modern absorption of society by war are traced. the grounds of alienation of the right in modern social development are revealed. it is shown that ignoring the problems of identification of a modern person is fraught with an expansion of the field of violence and terror. In the context of the concept of “civilizational clashes”, an attempt has been made to investigate the causes of the formation of the theory of religious violence. The risks of camouflage of violence by religion have been evidently identified. Special attention is paid to the analysis of modern theological thought in relation to religion, war and violence. The fact of ideologizing the problem of war is specially emphasized. The aspects of the active state of war and the problem of human welfare are touched upon. in particular, attention is drawn to the dependence of the transformation of the concept of “the right of the strong” on the traditional ideology of society on the example of the current situation of the relationship between the united states and the islamic world.
