STATE POLICY IN THE SPHERE OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE NATIONAL LABOR MARKET OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

This study focuses on enhancing state employment policy in Kyrgyzstan's labor market. It analyses statistical data, issues, and regulatory acts. Employment policy is linked to a broader economic policy aimed at sustainable growth. Problems in the employment sector are also examined. Recommendations include increasing funding for employment and training programs, improving collaboration between educational institutions and employers to meet labor market demands, and developing mechanisms to monitor and regulate informal employment. The study concludes that state employment policy plays a key role in stabilizing and developing the national labor market of the Kyrgyz Republic.
