THE EFFECTIVENESS OF IT MODELING IN SOLVING WORD PROBLEMS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

This study investigates the effectiveness of IT modeling in solving elementary school word problems, emphasizing digital technologies such as visualization, algorithmization, and interactive models. It shows how combining mathematical, logical, and digital tools enhances students' understanding of problem structures, improves their mathematical and logical thinking, and boosts their learning motivation. Practical recommendations include using digital tools, organizing collaborative work, and incorporating game-based learning. Consequently, IT modeling prepares students for digital society challenges and develops essential informationprocessing skills. The gradual implementation of technology, digital competencies, and regular impact assessments of educational outcomes are emphasized.
