DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY OF KYRGYZSTAN IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE EAEU

This study analyzes the economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic within the context of the EAEU. It evaluates the current relations between Kyrgyzstan and EAEU member countries, demonstrating that economic ties have strengthened and expanded post-accession, which previously were mainly with Russia and Kazakhstan. Economic indicators improved across all sectors, with industrial growth rates surpassing the EAEU average. The agriculture and transport sectors have also shown improvement, and the cost of living rose from $45 in 2015 to $70, although it remained low. This study proposes measures for further economic development in cooperation with the EAEU member countries.
