PROFIT MANAGEMENT MECHANISM IN ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF FINANCIAL GLOBALIZATION
This study examines the impact of a globalized economy on companies' financial positions and the effects of internal and external factors on business efficiency. Increasing organizational profitability is critical to national economic development. We propose a profitability model that focuses on client, infrastructure, supply, and financial capabilities. A coordination mechanism for supply, customer relations, infrastructure development, and financial flow optimization was developed. The necessity for reserve funds and modern management methods for sustainable enterprise development in competitive environments has been substantiated. The importance of strategic planning and business process optimization for stable profitability growth under the current conditions is emphasized.
