EDUCATING PATRIOTISM AS A CONDITION FOR THE STATE-CIVILISATION TO EXIST IN THE DIGITAL

The article is dedicated to the issue of patriotic education in the context of geopolitical confrontation and the axiological sovereignty of Russian society. In light of the contemporary Russian system of higher education, which is perceived as Western and skill-centred, the authors argue that it is fundamentally incompatible with traditional Russian spiritual and moral values. The article presents a proposal for the formation of a sovereign Russian educational system, which would educate not human capital, but a responsible, spiritually and personally developed citizen, oriented to the development ofhis homeland.
