Glosa aprobująca do postanowienia Sądu Najwyższego z dnia 6 lipca 2022 r., III KK 177/22

The gloss concerns the recent judgment of the Supreme Court in case III KK 177/22, in which the issue of the possibility of issuing a penalty order using Art. 37a § 1 penal code. The Supreme Court confirmed the existing jurisprudence allowing for such a possibility.
