A Study on the Error Rate Analysis of Building Data Using Grid Systems Based on Vector and Raster Models

This study utilized the national grid reference system to address the issues associated with irregular administrative boundaries in disaster risk analysis. Additionally, to compare differences based on data analysis methods, building data were employed to examine the distinctions between grid-based vector and raster analysis methods. The vector method offers high resolution and accuracy but has slower analysis speeds and poses challenges in data updates. In contrast, the raster method provides faster analysis speeds but lower resolution. When analyzing error rates using grid-based building data for both vector and raster formats, it was found that road name address data demonstrated higher accuracy in an integrated analyses compared to GIS-integrated building information data.
