SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN PEMILIHAN CALON KEPALA DESA MENGGUNAKAN METODE COMPOSITE PERFORMANCE INDEX (CPI)

Selection of village head candidates is an important process in determining leaders who are able to take the village in a better direction. In this process, a system is needed that can support decision making objectively and efficiently. The Decision Support System (DSS) is a solution that can be used to assist related parties in assessing and selecting village head candidates based on predetermined criteria. The Composite Performance Index (CPI) method was chosen because of its ability to combine various assessment criteria into one comprehensive index. CPI allows comparisons between village head candidates based on scores resulting from a combination of these criteria. This research aims to design and implement SPK using the CPI method in the process of determining the most suitable village head candidate. The results of this research show that the CPI method can provide more accurate and objective results in determining the best candidate for village head, as well as simplifying the decision-making process for interested parties. Thus, it is hoped that this system can be an effective tool in the village head election process in the future.
