The study adopts a quantitative non-experimental survey design with a descriptive approach. The focus is specifically on secondary schools in Sabah. The population consists of all secondary school teachers teaching in Sabah, with 377 respondents selected. Simple random sampling is employed as the sampling technique, and data are collected using a questionnaire to obtain raw data. The raw data will be analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) software to derive Pearson correlations and multiple regressions. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to improving teacher performance in schools. Therefore, internal school factors, issues related to teachers' quality of work life, and teacher motivation should be carefully considered in research activities and policy implementation aimed at enhancing teacher.
