WAYS TO BUILD A SOLIDARY SOCIETY IN RUSSIA

The article examines the fundamentals lying at the basis of Russian society's solidarity, analyzes the ways of solidarization in contemporary Russia, and substantiates the principles of building a nonviolent model of solidarity. The author distinguishes the following solidarization principles of Russian society: activating of civil society institution's resource, strengthening of the value basis of solidarism, and incorporation of solidarity orientations into the moral educational system of the younger generation. The paper concludes that to develop and expand the reduced (during periods of crisis) Russians' subjectivity, it is necessary to supplement the instrumental motives of consolidation with terminal values, taking into account the Russian cultural archetype and the position of the people's intelligentsia who represent communities with different customs and history.
