INVESTIGATION OF THE WORK OF THE MP-1 SAMPLER TO DETERMINE THE INDICATORS OF BOREHOLE PRODUCTION AT THE KARAZHANBAS FIELD
As part of the implementation of a comprehensive development project, new impact technologies were created and introduced initially at the experimental sites in order to increase the efficiency of hot water injection to maintain reservoir pressure and reservoir temperature, intensify the development process, increase the current and final ORC: stepwise thermal flooding (STF), figured flooding (FF), separate development of low-yield (refineries) and highly productive (HPZ) zones. The introduction of these technologies at the field contributed to an increase in the coverage of the process of displacement of poorly drained oil reserves, stabilization of oil withdrawals and provided additional oil production, which takes into account the efficiency of hot water injection. The upcoming geological, technological and production works of many oil fields depend on the results of water samples from the wellhead with the flow rate of the extracted liquid. Therefore, determining the exact percentage of water in the production of wells is one of the main goals. Poor quality of well testing data may not be better than their complete absence, especially for specialists in field development planning or production management. The article considers a diverse sampler, describes its role as an addition to multiphase flowmeters, which allows to obtain fluid samples without traditional separators.
