Neuronal mTORC1 is required for acute Aβ‐induced cognitive dysfunction

Neuronal mTORC1 is required for acute Aβ-induced cognitive dysfunction. Therefore, reduction of mTORC1 signaling in neurons with systemic rapamycin treatment contributes to the amelioration of Aβ-induced cognitive dysfunction in AD mouse models.
