Anksiyete Kişilik Bozukluğu Tedavisinde Yapay Zeka Kullanımı Üzerine Sistematik Derleme

This systematic review study examines the effects of artificial intelligence (AI) usage in anxiety personality disorders. The study adopted a systematic review methodology, without employing field studies or any scales. The Turkish literature was reviewed, including experimental research and articles published between 2021 and 2024. The study was conducted in two stages, between September 2024 and December 2024. Following the literature review, a total of five studies were thoroughly researched and analyzed. These studies evaluated the impact of AI technologies on the treatment of anxiety personality disorders in light of AI advancements. The findings revealed that AI technologies have significant potential in monitoring and managing anxiety levels associated with personality disorders. However, some studies observed that the rapidly advancing nature of AI could also increase technology-related anxiety levels in individuals. It was particularly emphasized that personalized AI applications should be used with greater caution in the treatment of personality disorders. In conclusion, AI-supported tools should be carefully designed and implemented to address anxiety personality disorders. Further experimental studies are needed to better understand the effects in this field. Additionally, it is crucial to develop AI-based applications within an ethical framework and tailored to individuals' needs to minimize potential negative outcomes.
