Research on the Application of Interactive Experience of Digital Technology : Focusing on Museums Utilizing Digital Technology in China After 2010

Modern museums face the challenge of improving visitor experiences and enhancing cultural dissemination through digital transformation. The use of digital technologies like Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) has enriched exhibitions and interactivity. This study examines how interactivity, emotional experiences, and knowledge acquisition influence visitor satisfaction and behavior. The findings show that interactivity and knowledge acquisition significantly impact satisfaction, while emotional design has mixed effects. Although digital technology use did not notably affect overall satisfaction, better interactivity and educational functions increased visitors' intention to revisit. Museums should focus on optimizing interaction design and personalized education to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction. In conclusion, museums should refine digital technology to improve experiences, foster education, and promote cultural exchange.
