The dogs were cured using sulphamethoxazole + trimethoprime (tab septran) and fluid therapy with dextrose normal saline, ringers lactate, parentral multivitamins. Meloxicam and paracetamol (melonex plus) administered only in febrile condition. Significant improvement on health was noticed 10 days post treatment.
