AUTOLESÃO NÃO SUICIDA E ADOLESCÊNCIA NO CONTEMPORÂNEO: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA (2018-2024)

This study aimed to review and synthesize the national scientific production on non-suicidal self-harm (ALNS) in adolescence, as the main objective of raising the state of the art on the topic in the period from 2018 to 2024. An integrative review of the literature included an analysis of 24 studies selected in the BVS databases, Capes Newspaper and Google Academic. The research will highlight the generation of suffering among adolescents due to the sociocultural transformations of recent decades and the need for approaches oriented towards the integrality of care. It is concluded that, to face this public health challenge, comprehensive and multidisciplinary strategies are necessary, prioritizing the needs of the user in order to produce unique and expanded care involving multiple scenarios through which adolescents travel and establish their ties and social ties.
