About Automatization of Construction of Reports Based on Real Estate Sites

The paper discusses the use of parsing to translate information from the Internet in HTML form into a database form and the subsequent xls format for the intended analysis. As an example, an analysis of the primary and secondary real estate markets in one of the autonomous districts of Moscow is given. The specificity of the real estate market is that in this market there is no exchange trading with all the available information flows inherent in it. The algorithm presented in this article allows for efficient data collection, processing and analysis, providing fast, up-to-date information. The results confirm that automation significantly increases the speed and accuracy of data collection.
