Comparative Evaluation of Oscilloscope Devices for Research Laboratory Usage
In this paper, the STEMlab 125-14 device used as a portable oscilloscope is evaluated in comparison with Siglent dual channel SDS1052DL+ oscilloscope. Both oscilloscopes are tested according to EURAMET calibration guidelines using Time Electronics 5025E multifunction calibrator with its internal executable programs for oscilloscope calibration. The main purpose of this paper is to define the limitations of using the evaluated devices in the research laboratory with the main application in the field of optoelectronics.
