A Study on Human-Centered Improvement Proposals for Campus Medical Service Design : Focusing on student medical services at H University
As student needs diversify and expectations for service quality rise, traditional campus medical service design increasingly falls short in addressing individual needs and enhancing the service experience. This study centers on human-centered service design principles, analyzing the current status and challenges of student medical services at H University to propose targeted improvement measures aimed at boosting overall student satisfaction with these services. Utilizing an empirical research methodology that combines surveys, in-depth interviews, and observations, this gathered valuable feedback on students' needs and experiences with medical services. Through both qualitative and quantitative analyses, the study identified key design issues and subsequently developed a service blueprint to better meet specific student demands in medical care. Findings demonstrate that human-centered design strategies significantly improve user experience, reduce waiting times, and enhance the medical environment. Moreover, the study offers a valuable reference for improving medical services at other institutions and suggests directions for future research.
