Initiatives to create a tutorial support plan for new students

In a Tutorial Action Plan that has reference in the National Tutoring Program of the TecNM 2022, there is the first moment of the tutoring to the approach identified as Admission, which covers the first three semesters of the career, a fact that is a critical period for the student since it marks the beginning of their experience at the institution. During this phase, students usually present difficulties, which must be met with tutorial actions such as: educational guidance, development of skills, guidance within the institution, personal development and emotional and motivational support, which can help reduce failure and dropout rates, allowing the completion of the career successfully.
