This policy mandates the integration of vocational education into mainstream academic institutions, with the aim of producing a skilled workforce. However, in the context of Delhi, several challenges impede the effective implementation of vocational education, including insufficient funding, inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of trained teachers and skilled manpower, and a lack of practical components. This research seeks to examine these challenges and propose measures to successfully implement vocational education in secondary schools in Delhi. The data is collected from 95 directorate of education schools.
