Traceability and efficiency in supply management: Business optimization in industrial security warehouses

This study aims to implement an internal control system for supply management in industrial safety warehouses, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The methodology includes SWOT analysis and the 5 Whys Method to identify the root causes of supply management problems, facilitating decision-making and the implementation of effective solutions such as identifying inputs, product traceability, and process optimization. The implementation of specialized software for more effective management is proposed. The contribution of this project includes improving traceability and efficiency in supply management, greater transparency and control in the supply chain, reducing operational costs, optimizing inventory levels, and improving emergency response capabilities. Ultimately, it seeks to strengthen the competitiveness of companies in the industrial safety sector and promote a safer and more efficient work environment
