NutrIA: An Out-of-the-Standard Nutritional Recommendation Mobile Application Powered by Artificial Intelligence

The nutritional health of young people aged 17 to 25 has become a growing concern in the digital era. To address this, a mobile application was developed leveraging ChatGPT architecture to provide personalized nutritional recommendations. The app integrates a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence, mobile accessibility, an intuitive interface, and gamification techniques to enhance engagement. In a study involving 50 young Peruvians, the user experience was assessed using a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Customer Effort Score (CES), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Usage Frequency, with a 95% confidence level. Results showed a 96% CSAT, 90% CES, 92% NPS, and an average usage frequency of 4 times per week. These results indicate a high level of user satisfaction and loyalty, along with sufficient effectiveness to be recommended to others. The nutritional recommendations thoroughly meet user expectations, establishing the application as a useful and attractive tool.
