THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO UNDERSTANDING THE ESSENCE OF ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AGRICULTURAL FIRMS

The article analyzes the definitions and essence of the categories "economic security of the enterprise" and "ensuring the economic security of the enterprise" proposed in the scientific literature. The author's vision of interpreting the economic security of the enterprise and ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is proposed and substantiated. The advantages and disadvantages of approaches to defining the concepts of "economic security of the enterprise" and "ensuring the economic security of the enterprise" are determined. Functional components in the process of ensuring the economic security of agro-firms, namely financial, personnel, technical-technological, informational, power, resource, political-legal, market and interface, are considered, and their importance is substantiated. The main target orientations of agricultural firms in the process of ensuring economic security have been determined. The author's vision of the interpretation of the economic security of an agro-firm and ensuring the economic security of an agro-firm is proposed and substantiated.
