Knowledge management factors in companies and their association with the performance of a tourist destination
The present study aimed to determine whether there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and the performance of the “Bahias de Huatulco” tourist destination in Oaxaca, Mexico. A quantitative, correlational research approach was used, and the hypothesis was tested using inferential statistics through linear regression via SPSS software. The analysis revealed that knowledge management significantly impacts destination performance (p < 0.05), explaining 40% of the variability, thus confirming the research hypothesis.
