Narrowband Fast-Tunable Microring Filter Based on Micro-Transfer Printed Thin-Film Lithium Niobate on Silicon Nitride
We demonstrate a fast-tunable microring filter using micro-transfer printing of a racetrack-shaped thin-film lithium niobate on the silicon nitride platform, achieving a loaded Q-factor exceeding 105 and a response time of approximately 3 ns.
