Design and Optimization of Broadband High Gain Terahertz Antenna Based on Artificial Magnetic Conductor
At present, optical wireless communication systems require terahertz antennas with larger bandwidth and higher gain to overcome losses in terahertz transmission links, and artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) metasurface structures can be well applied in the electromagnetic field of antennas. This article, based on the structure of the Yagi antenna, proposes an AMC with a semi perforated structure, and integrates it with the Yagi antenna to improve the bandwidth and gain of the antenna. The simulation results show that the overall antenna scheme designed in this paper can achieve a bandwidth of 62.86GHz and a gain of 9.2dB at a frequency of 145GHz, significantly enhancing the performance of the antenna.
