Hollow-Core Negative Curvature Fiber Refractive Index Sensor Based on Surface Plasmon Resonance Effect

A hollow-core negative curvature fiber refractive index sensor based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect is proposed. The proposed sensor achieves a maximum sensitivity of -10900 nm/RIU within the RI range of 1.31 to 1.40.
