Dynamic Hybrid Slice Migration Strategy Based on Proactive Decision-Making in Optical Networks

We propose a proactive decision-based dynamic hybrid slice migration strategy for the problem of dynamic slice resource imbalance in optical networks. The strategy performs well in terms of blocking probability and resource utilization.
