INVESTIGATION OF CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING MODIFIED RUBBER USING THE METHOD OF PLANNING A MULTIFACTORIAL EXPERIMENT
The research was conducted using the method of planning multifactorial experiments on the process of modifying butadiene-styrene rubber with an epichlorohydrin oligomers. Using the method of multifactor planning of the process of modification of butadiene-styrene rubber with an oligomer of epichlorohydrin, it was established that the best yield of modified rubber is achieved when the reaction is carried out for 6 hours, at a temperature of 65 0 C and is achieved in a reaction mass of 0.07066 mol epichlorohydrin. Experimental tests conducted under optimal conditions confirm the reliability of the obtained results. The method of planning multifactorial experiments reduces the number of tests while reducing the time and cost of experiments - it is a powerful tool for increasing the efficiency of research, which allows obtaining modified butadiene-styrene rubber of oligomer epichlorohydrin with maximum yield. Keywords: butadiene-styrene rubber, oligoepichlorohydrin, experimental design, modification, multifactor planning.
