Exploring the Nexus of Wellbeing and Empowerment: A Multidimensional Approach
In the fields of business management, sociology, and psychology, the connection between wellbeing and empowerment has generated a lot of interest, especially with regard to individual and organizational performance. The complex connections between psychological and physical wellbeing and empowerment—which is defined as a person's degree of autonomy and control in both personal and professional contexts—are explored in this work. The aim of this article is to examine theoretical frameworks and empirical studies in order to determine the key characteristics of empowerment and well-being, their potential causal relationships, and the implications for fostering sustainable development in communities and organizations. According to this research, empowering people can enhance their social, psychological, and financial well-being by generating a positive feedback loop of performance and development.
