The right to good administration is one of the key rights when understanding the concept of the rule of law. Citizens have the right to expect public administration bodies to properly fulfill their obligations. The article presents how the concept of good administration should be understood on the basis of scientific doctrines, and then reflects on whether the Polish Code of Administrative Procedure contains the values that guide the standards of good administration.
