Recenzja monografii Bernarda Bałazego i Łukasza Bernacińskiego pt. Funkcjonowanie rynku medialnego w Polsce i innych wybranych państwach europejskich. Przeciwdziałanie koncentracji kapitału i ochrona pluralizmu mediów

This review concerns the monograph by Bernard Bałazy and Łukasz Bernaciński entitled Functioning of the media market in Poland and other selected European countries. Counteracting capital concentration and protecting media pluralism (Institute for Legal Culture Ordo Iuris, Warsaw 2021), which addresses media concentration in Poland and selected European Union countries. The reviewed monograph addresses the practical issues of media concentration, where media market research has been presented to confirm the observations. However, the authors first introduce the reader to detailed legal regulations by discussing the basic principles related to freedom of speech functioning in a democratic stat e of law.
