This article aims to explore the evolution of the “Chinese Style” in the Chinese music scene. Through a comparative analysis of two representative “Chinese Style” songs - “Chrysanthemum Terrace” and “Chinese Wedding” - in terms of lyrics, melody, harmony, arrangement, special instruments, and singing techniques, it reveals how the development and changes of “Chinese Style” popular music over different periods.
