The Application of Computer-Aided Decision-Making in the Implementation of Delayed Retirement Policies
To address the challenges posed by an aging society, computer-aided decision-making technology is employed to analyze the effects of implementing delayed retirement policies. Through data analysis, scenario simulation, and optimization algorithms, this study examines the impact of the policy on the labor market, social insurance funds, and unemployment rates. The results indicate that the delayed retirement policy plays a positive role in alleviating social security pressures and optimizing labor supply. Additionally, by comparing and optimizing multiple plans, the sustainability and scientific validity of the policy can be significantly enhanced.
