PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE) DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR TEKNOLOGI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI

This research aims to determine the influence of Return On Equity (ROE) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Technology Sector Stock Prices in 2020-2022. This research uses independent and dependent variables, namely share price (Y) as the dependent variable while Return On Equity (ROE) (X1) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) (X2) are independent variables. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique and 42 technology sector companies were obtained as research samples. Data analysis in this research uses SPSS version 25. Data analysis techniques used in this research include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test and coefficient of determination) to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that Return On Equity (ROE) partially has no effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no effect on stock prices and Return Equity (ROE) & Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously have no effect to share prices Keywords: Stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)
