Waveguide Integrated Graphene Bolometer Based on Johnson Noise Read-Out

A waveguide integrated graphene bolometer based on Johnson noise read-out is demonstrated, realizing nWscale on-chip photodetection. It enables wide-wavelength-band and high sensitivity on-chip photodetection with low integration cost.
