A Reconfigurable Optical-Electronic non-linear Activation with Easy-Integrated Analog Circuit

We introduce a reconfigurable, all-analogue optoelec-tronic circuit for non-linear activation in optical neural networks by using the physical-properties of diodes and photodiodes. The proposed nonlinear can be easily integrated with optical convolusion modules.

Abstract

We introduce a reconfigurable, all-analogue optoelec-tronic circuit for non-linear activation in optical neural networks by using the physical-properties of diodes and photodiodes. The proposed nonlinear can be easily integrated with optical convolusion modules.
