All-Optical 4×4 Network Model with Self-Feedback Regulation Function

We primarily utilize the micro-ring resonators with phase change materials to construct a photonic neural network with self-feedback adjustment, and demonstrate image recognition in a <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${4\times 4}$</tex> network using a simplified STDP algorithm.

Abstract

We primarily utilize the micro-ring resonators with phase change materials to construct a photonic neural network with self-feedback adjustment, and demonstrate image recognition in a <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${4\times 4}$</tex> network using a simplified STDP algorithm.
