Broadband Ultra-Low Thermal Sensitivity Silicon Nitride Mach-Zehnder Interferometer Filters

We demonstrate broadband ultra-low thermal sensitivity filters showing less than 1 pm/°C wavelength shift from 25°C to 85°C, over a wavelength range of 100 nm both in O and C band. Optical properties of the fabricated device are accurately extracted from the optical measurement method.

Abstract

We demonstrate broadband ultra-low thermal sensitivity filters showing less than 1 pm/°C wavelength shift from 25°C to 85°C, over a wavelength range of 100 nm both in O and C band. Optical properties of the fabricated device are accurately extracted from the optical measurement method.
