Research of the Reliability of Interlocking Stations in Railway Transport
The reliability of the interlocking stations in railway transport is very important, as it is related to ensuring failure-free operation. These devices perform multiple functions and there is a constant interaction between them and the signalling systems in the process of work. A possible failure even in one device should not disrupt the proper functioning of the system as a whole. This determines the particular importance of the problem of the interlocking stations reliability. In this paper, an approach for the analysis of failures of the interlocking stations in railway transport is presented. Firstly, statistical analysis of failures was carried out. Then an analysis of the reliability was made and the reliability indicators are determined.
