Development of Monitoring and Diagnosis System for Pipeline Vibration in Nuclear Power Plant
The abnormal vibration of pipeline seriously threatens the safety in nuclear power plants, which is related to the design, commissioning and operation phases. For important pipelines, real-time monitoring is necessary to ensure the safe operation of pipelines under high vibration risk during the operation stage. Structural health monitoring (SHM) system is a method of evaluating and monitoring structural health, which has been widely applied in various engineering sectors due to its ability to respond to adverse structural changes, improving structural reliability and life cycle management. This article adopt SHM method on the pipeline vibration problems in the nuclear power industry. Based on the existing regulations, standards and industry practices, the framework of the pipe vibration monitoring system is proposed, and the associated algorithm is studied.
