Analysis of Secure Operation of Distributed Smart Grid for Disaster Defense Scenario

Currently, the development of distribution network faces increasingly severe external conditions, with frequent natural disasters such as heavy rain, typhoons, and ice storms introducing unpredictable and uncontrollable factors. Past major blackout incidents have shown that chain failure triggered by simple faults can have catastrophic consequences for power systems. The main characteristic of chain failure is that they start with the disconnection of one component, causing subsequent disconnections of other components. When the system loses K (K≥2) components, it results in widespread power outage. Therefore, considering the safe operation of distribution networks under N-2 conditions in extreme disaster scenarios is practically significant for preventing chain failures and ensuring the reliable operation of distribution network. This paper, based on the distribution network security domain model, comprehensively considers the impact of network reconfiguration and pre-scheduling of mobile resources under N-2 conditions on the secure operation of distributed intelligent grids, effectively enhancing power supply security in disaster defense scenarios.
